Create interlaced/progressive JPG images

Problem

JPG's load from top to bottom, but it'd be nice to load them progressively.

Solution

Install Imagemagick and run: 
convert -interlace line in.jpg out.jpg
or 
convert -interlace plane in.jpg out.jpg
